Your experience and perceptions of how the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) is working are important, and will contribute to improvements in OIA policies and practices.
This survey is designed to assist the Chief Ombudsman with his investigation of how the New Zealand Transport Agency adheres to its obligations under the OIA. It seeks the experiences and perceptions of people who have made OIA requests to the agency, or tried to find information about the agency on its website, in the past 6 to 12 months. This investigation is a follow-up to one undertaken in 2015.
